American-born Chief Conductor of the Lucerne Symphony Orchestra in Switzerland, James Gaffigan, a frequent guest artist at both the Los Angeles Philharmonic and the Vienna State Opera, conducts the final concert of the Music Academy of the West’s Summer Festival. Scheherazade spins the tale of the 1001 Arabian Nights with a sultry violin solo you will be humming as you leave the theatre.
