In its second year, Locals & Legends celebrates the music of James Taylor, brought to life by Santa Barbara Records artists Omar Velasco, Céleigh Chapman, Mendeleyev, Will Breman, and Jess Bush with support from The Santa Barbara Symphony led by Music and Artistic Director, Nir Kabaretti. This concert continues a growing Santa Barbara tradition—rooted in local talent, creative collaboration, and the reimagining of legendary music through the voices of our community.
